To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process all returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at anburstore@gmail.com with your order details and issue description.

Once the returned item is inspected, we will ship a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
